Terms & Conditions – GREATAIDE FOUNDATION

Welcome to the official website of GREATAIDE FOUNDATION ("we", "our", "us"), a non-governmental organisation registered at 2nd Floor, MBR Complex, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad – 500070, Telangana, India. By accessing or using our website www.greataide.org, making a donation, registering as a volunteer, or engaging with any of our programmes or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GREATAIDE FOUNDATION. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. All donations made through this website are voluntary contributions to GREATAIDE FOUNDATION and are used exclusively to fund our social welfare programmes, including education, healthcare, nutrition, livelihood, and disaster relief initiatives. Please note the following:

  • All donations are processed securely via authorised third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking credentials.
  • Donations are generally non-refundable. Refund requests due to technical errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 7 working days.
  • Donors who are Indian citizens may be eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to applicable rules and our registration status.
  • Foreign contributions, if accepted, shall be governed strictly by the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (FCRA).
  • An official donation receipt will be emailed to the address provided at the time of donation.

4. Volunteer & Programme Participation

Individuals who register as volunteers or participants in GREATAIDE FOUNDATION programmes agree to abide by our Code of Conduct, which prohibits discrimination, harassment, and misconduct of any kind. Volunteering is offered in good faith; GREATAIDE FOUNDATION is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage incurred during volunteer activities unless caused by our direct negligence. We reserve the right to decline or terminate volunteer engagement without stating a reason.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and programme descriptions — is the exclusive intellectual property of GREATAIDE FOUNDATION unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
